Vilma the Goat’s Solidarity Trip

At Animal Bus, we know that every trip is more than just a simple transfer. Behind every pet there is a story, a family, and a special bond that we care for with the utmost dedication. Recently, we were part of one of those stories that fill us with pride and remind us why we do what we do.

It all started with a call from Cami, the leader of the Vilma la Cabra community, an incredible animal rights influencer. She contacted us to see if we could transport her three pets—Trufa, Almendra, and their puppies—from Neuquén to Santa Fe. Cami explained to us in all sincerity that her community’s funds, which are dedicated to rescuing and relocating dogs in need, were limited.

At that moment, we knew we had to help. The distance of almost 2,000 kilometers was not an obstacle, and our value went far beyond a fee. We proposed a deal to Cami that was not just a business transaction, but a collaboration agreement: if her community followed us on social media and shared our work, we would take care of the trip at no cost. But the commitment did not end there.

We understood the valuable work they do, and that’s why we decided to go one step further. We told Cami that, from now on, we would provide all the transportation needed by the Vilma la Cabra community free of charge. It’s our way of supporting a cause we deeply admire and of showing that solidarity also travels aboard our vehicles.

Seeing those beautiful dogs arrive safely at their destination reaffirmed that our work has a purpose. This story is a reminder that when we join forces, we can make a difference. At Animal Cargo, we are happy to be part of this community and to continue to be a bridge so that more pets can find their dream home.
